Mark Barrett, President of Executive Elevator, brings more than 20 years of experience helping leaders communicate with clarity, consistency and impact. His expertise spans both executive and internal communications with a focus on turning complex information into clear and engaging messaging that connects with the people who need to hear it.

Before Executive Elevator, Mark built a successful career in financial services, gaining broad business experience across retail banking, business development, consumer and business lending, marketing and risk management. For the final 20 years of his banking career, he specialized in executing executive and internal communication strategies that helped leaders to inform employees, explain change, reinforce priorities and keep everyone moving in the same direction.

Executive Elevator brings Mark’s experience to businesses and executives who want professional, polished communications without the need for a full-time communications resource. From executive presentations and talking points to organizational announcements, employee communications, executive bios, LinkedIn profiles and other high-visibility content, his goal is simple: to help leaders communicate with confidence and make every message count.

Mark earned a BA in Business Administration from the University of St. Thomas, and an MBA from the University of San Diego. He lives in New York City and outside of work enjoys writing, cooking, urban horticulture and baseball.
